Session 1: Whakawhanaungatanga - Intro & Overview
This first session in the Enhancing Leaderhip Series will be facilitated by Belinda Himiona, Kaiwhakahaere Matua | Chief Executive of Te Pai Ora SSPA.
This time will give us a chance to get to know all the leaders joining the workshop series and will cover:

Belinda Himiona, Kaiwhakahaere Matua | Chief Executive of Te Pai Ora SSPA
Belinda is the Kaiwhakahaere Matua | Chief Executive Social Service Providers Te Pai Ora o Aotearoa. She whakapapa to Ngāti Apa and Ngāti Hauiti in the Whanganui/Rangitīkei rohe and was raised in Kaikohe in Tai Tokerau. She has lived in Wellington since the mid 90s.
She has worked in the social, justice and international policy areas in government. She has worked across youth justice, youth development, child abuse, family violence, sexual violence and education sectors. Most recently she led the Policy and Research function at the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care.
Belinda is an avid connector of people and have rich intergenerational professional and personal networks.
