Emerge Aotearoa – How we realise potential
Our May Kai & Kōrero: Learning over lunch session celebrated the Emerge Aotearoa team from Canterbury & the West Coast. The Emerge Aotearoa team shared some outcome stories, how to access these services and told us a bit about their aspirations.
The teams work from a strengths based, person centred approach and allow the people in their services to set goals that enable them to succeed. They also shared their six focus areas for the next few years and their open invitation to collaboration and strengthening relationships with other providers.
Emerge Aotearoa explained how their goals enhance their connection to the community and support their kaimahi to deliver best practices and support better outcomes for our tangata whaiora.
Emerge Aoteroa are a national charitable trust that provides a wide range of health and social services. Their mission is all about strengthening whānau so communities can thrive. Their mahi is focused on providing community-based mental health, addiction, disability, offender rehabilitation, peer, housing and wellbeing services across the country.
