Te Pai Ora SSPA submission: Oranga Tamariki (Repeal of Section 7AA) Amendment Bill

Thank you to our members who contributed to the Te Pai Ora SSPA submission. As detailed in our submission, we do not agree that there is sufficient evidence that warrants the repeal of section 7AA. The Te Pai Ora SSPA submission offers our evidence-based and considered opinion that the full repeal of section 7AA will create a number of issues which are explained in our submission and we make suggestions for how practice and policy could be better supported.
